Olyvia was born and raised in St. Louis and has always had a deep love for the city and the community that shaped her. Growing up in a family of fourteen meant learning early how to listen, compromise, and care for others. She married her high school sweetheart, Benjamin and values strong relationships, consistency, and commitment in both her personal and professional life.

Olyvia’s nursing career was rooted in caring for people with compassion and confidence, especially during overwhelming moments. She was recognized with a nursing excellence award for her attention to detail, client advocacy, and clear communication- skills that have translated seamlessly into real estate. For Olyvia, the mission has always been the same: to help people make life-changing decisions with clarity and confidence.

When working with buyers, Olyvia maintains clear communication, organized planning, and quick responsiveness. She guides clients through every step of the process, helping them feel informed and supported while keeping stress to a minimum.

When she’s not helping clients, Olyvia is either at Burn Boot Camp, hanging out with her husband, or spoiling their golden retriever, Lucy. She and her husband love hiking, searching for the best coffee in town, and spending time with family. They are also actively involved in their church, Refresh Community Church, where they enjoy volunteering, building meaningful relationships, and growing in their faith.
